- Gin Miller Kettlebell Fun!

I love this trainer. She really makes the workout fun. I also like how you can choose between three short workouts or do all of them. My own complaint was I wish she would make more workouts using the 3 in 1 or one using the fusion fit disc (the other lady is so BORING!)
Value - I give it two thumbs up.

I bought an empower workout DVD with a 5pound kettlebell. I absolutely love it. I did the whole DVD which was about 45 minutes. And I must say I was sweating like a pig lol.

Wanted to try a Kettle Bell workout, and bought this one. I'm glad I did. It's fun and it is a great workout. I really like Gin Miller a lot.
Value - I love the 3-1 kettlebell, but the bottom weight will not unscrew. I have to put it in a vice every time, afraid I'm going to ruin it. The top weight comes off no problem.

Purchasing this kettlebell made so much more sense than buying several kettlebells at different weights. After a couple of "practice rounds" of taking off/adding weight, it's very easy to use. You simply press a button and twist the weights off. My only concern is what happens when the threads of the screw on weights become stripped over time? Will that increase the chance of a weight come flying off? Other than that, it's a great piece of equipment so far. I found the DVD to be very useful. It's a 37 minute warm up/workout/cool down broken up into 5 DVD sections and hosted by Gin Miller. I did the entire DVD on Saturday and on Monday I still feel it in my glutes/arms. I like that the DVD is broken up into sections/chapters so that you can take a break in between circuits or even jump around to fit your fitness needs/time restraints. I also felt that Gin Miller was great at instructing/explaining.. I am interested in researching more of her videos now. I also look forward to using this kettlebell with other workout DVDs involving kettlebells. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking into using a kettlebell for the first time or someone with limited space to store equipment.

I love that you can change up the weights on these. The first day I received this I did the warm up and the first workout. I was sweating! But didn't really feel like I was struggling, so that is a win-win

I have already used my kettlebell along with the instructional DVD that's included many times and I love it! The DVD is easy to follow and provides a great workout! The best part about this kettlebell is you determine your weight. It is adjustable depending on your level. This makes it user-friendly for the beginner to the more advanced! I would absolutely recommend this kettlebell!
